PTE考试的第一部分为Speaking，而RA 又为Speaking的第一大题。RA占总比值40%，而且分别给speaking和reading贡献分数。拿下RA, 整场PTE就胜券在握了。所以在备考期间务必要重视RA.
RA（read aloud），就是把电脑屏幕上显示的一段话读出来，看似简单，但要拿高分并不easy.
RA部分一般会有6到7个题目，每一题有40秒的准备时间和40秒的朗读时间。
